Pros

Great pay! If you are a hard worker, you can make great money. Company vehicle and cell phone. Never boring.

Cons

Long hours and no set schedule. I was fired for refusing to go into a house where the homeowner was actively doing drugs.

They have a good base pay and the product is easy to endorse. Sales pressure is not too bad if you do your job.

Cons

Management is disorganized and does not get back to you. I made my availability clear on both the interview and during training. Still they scheduled outside my availability. Then they told me they were no longer staffing Monday through Wednesday. This was a week after hire. I feel like they probably knew that when they hired me. Two managers "shared" the position and it was as if they didn't know what the other one said.

Talked me into great potential for bonuses, reality is they make it impossible for you to bonus. P&L & financials are very messy, almost impossible to tell what your being charged with.
