Pros

Simple work as far as sales go. Great environment, as compared to cold-calling door-to-door or via phone. Commission plus pay is always a plus.

Cons

When you get the appointment and the sales staff doesn't shoe and they don't give you YOUR commission. Customers taking the fact that they keep harassing them as bring your fault.

Pros

Good money possible. Company van to take home w/ gas paid.

Cons

Long hours and drive times. Commission jobs, some pay well but usually go to favored installers, newbies get the worst and lowest paid ones. Management poor in many areas, reason for HIGH turnover. Service days can consist of 10-14hr and they only want to pay you for the time inside, even if hour + between stops.

Pros

The only good thing about this company is they are a diverse company.

Cons

Working for bath fitter. Let's start from the interview, the interview they asked me about 3 questions and then they hired me. They said they would call the next day to discuss training. I didn't hear from them for a week. Training was 2 weeks after that. The day of training we were waiting for the manager for about 30 mins while another CO worker was getting all of our information Then he was talking about things I never even heard of and he said well I'm sure your our co worker broke this down to you. He never explained anything to us. And he just agreed with the manager that he explained everything to us. Second thing the manager seemed to get annoyed when we asked questions about the company. That was training. I didn't hear from them for another week, then they set me up to start my first day. Since I'm our in the field and I don't have a manager watching my back I was expecting them to call me and see how the first day went. They didn't. They didn't call me for another week and a half. Then they called and I thought they were calling to start work but no they were just calling just to call. Then I received a text saying please confirm. Then I thought maybe it was a mistake and didn't text back. Then the next day another text saying please confirm you will work this weekend. They didn't tell me a place to go to, a time, what day or anything. So I quit. I sent the boss a text asking what the procedure would be to leave this company. And I haven't gotten any response. Horrible horrible company
