Pros

Most of the people are very agreeable.

Cons

No salary, commission only, they do not pay for gas, you have to use your own vehicle, cell phone, and often leads are unqualified. You end with about 10-15 hours more work per week that you will never be financially compensated for because you are on commission.

Pros

Bath Fitter is an amazing work enviorment with a strong culture. The business is driven by it's people and it's passion for their product. I joined here about 18 months ago and it has been great since day 1. The benefits are great, it's close to major highways, and you can't beat the people we work with everyday. It's a family.
