I worked at a lot of good places, this place is my favourite. we have a great product, making it easy to tell the customers about it. the after-service on the product is quick(if needed). All the staff members, including the installer, office staff, and management, have a positive attitude.

Cons

I don't see any. I have been with bath fitter for over 3 years.

Pros

The PEOPLE are amazing. Down-to-earth. Kind. Caring. We are celebrated when it's our birthdays and work anniversaries and cared for when we are having a difficult time. Management has our backs. I truly feel supported. I have work-life balance, which is key as a working mom. Though I mostly work from home, the Bistro at the office is subsidized and delicious. It's extremely convenient that I never have to pack any food when going to the office.
