Pros

You choose your own work schedule

Cons

This is by far one of the worst companies to work for! The job description did not detail what the actual role was. Expectations are to stand in the booth for 12+ hours. Since you have a manager title you cannot request overtime pay when they have you working 60+ hour work weeks. The company will say they provide training programs etc. but you are actually working to break your back so the Branch Manager can make the cut and bonus. Growth potential is minimal and in the end it wasn't even worth it.

Pros

Working with passionate people who take care of their people and get things done! Gym Cafeteria at head office (subsidized and low cost meals) Doctor in the work place Great bosses Opportunity for growth! Lots of training given by quaified trainers

Cons

Fast paste. If you are not willing to work.. not the place for you Surrounded by people who want to succeed... great influence and positive energy... no choice to get on board!
