The PEOPLE are amazing. Down-to-earth. Kind. Caring. We are celebrated when it's our birthdays and work anniversaries and cared for when we are having a difficult time. Management has our backs. I truly feel supported. I have work-life balance, which is key as a working mom. Though I mostly work from home, the Bistro at the office is subsidized and delicious. It's extremely convenient that I never have to pack any food when going to the office.

Bathfitter - not just a workplace

Like any other jobs I had over my 20 years, no job is perfect, bad life-days happen, bad work-days happen. But at Bathfitter, those days come rarely. Our colleagues are great people, smart people but ordinary people that become work friends. There are 3 very distinctive business units, administrative, plant and retail employees. We get the sense that whatever the group you are in, we all pull in the same direction! We all want the company to succeed! Success means more sales which results in more profits and more money!

Cons

Nothing is perfect but nothing worth not continuing working at Bathfitter!

I worked at thjs company for 18 months and my experience was disappointing. I discovered that someone with less experience and fewer responsibilities than I has was earning over 15% more than me. When I tried to negotiate a fair salary, I was denied, but they offered more responsibilities.
