Cons

Always pushed to get leads at every event you attend. Come empty handed and you won't get as many hours.

Strong training programs, many well intended initiatives, good plant employees and high expectations of performance. Good franchise opportunity?

Cons

Corporate directives abound with poor planning and wasteful management. Most head office areas are in chaos in particular marketing, IT and HR. New managers come in with no experience and hurt the organization with lack of knowledge and poor decisions.

I would not recommend this to a true friend.

Cons

No training, ill prepare employees. Demand quotas. Only car about lead cards not interested in employees at all. Always threaten to fire if don't adhere to company rules. No encouragement, only stick talks. They have the poorest closing rate of sales. Close 12% of leads.
