Pros

Non-profit employee cafeteria, state of the art gym, a doctor who comes in house once every 2 weeks, social club that organizes activities for employees and employee families at little or no cost to members, Employee recognition awards, constant challenge, and never a dull moment.

Cons

If you plan on doing just enough to get by you will not last.

Pros

The money was decent, unstable dues to slow seasons. Not being stuck in an office all the time was nice.

Cons

Poor leadership across the board. High turn over poorly trained installers, tons of mistakes leading to unhappy customers. No one cared, bad attitude to staff and customers. You must pay all your own expenses and it's strictly commission. Lots of days in rush hour. I honestly did quite well here money wise but how I was treated was terrible. You will find a lot of unhappy ex employees. You will find many existing unhappy employees.
