Pros

Great culture with collaborative and supportive team. Good opportunities for growth and development. Good work/life balance, evenings and weekends non-work and admin staff can work at home or office based on whatever suits them best.

Cons

Still a growing company so at times process is not as clearly defined. However, this presents opportunity to help define and have an impact.

Pros

-Great people, culture and management. Everyone here is nice and caring, from the employees to the management. -You learn a lot on the job for many reasons: the company is a market leader and has presence in a lot of markets, it is doing great, they give you access to a lot of tools to help you do your job etc. -Well-known brand -Opportunities to grow as there are always openings

Cons

So far I have not seen a single thing that is a red flag worth mentioning. For some perhaps the distance to the office in St-Eustache could be an issue, but the company seems to be willing to offer hybrid work once we return to office.
