      Sever lack of leadership

      There is a closeness amongst the employees that promotes a small company feel.

      Cons

      Compensation is very poor for certain positions and there is a severe lack of leadership that often undermines anything going on. The company will continually ask you to do more than what the job description was upon hire. If you value your sanity, run!

      Compensation is ok for company with a good reputation.

      Cons

      Them being so competitive is exhausting. They give you a goal to chase, but actually wants you to exceed that, it's absurd. If you don't, they make you feel their disappointment.
