Not A Place to work for a real salesperson seeking opportunities

Pros

Great Benefits Package for matched 401K options. Nice uniforms. You get to drive your own car. Great training Tennessee.

Cons

Does not provide accurate employment status to GA Department of Labor. Terrible job paying commission. Compensation plan for employees is terrible. Will give commission from reps to another rep without your knowledge. This is not a job to take if you are serious about a sales career. Do not work at BathFitter in Atlanta GA. 1099 Contract but does not honor Federal Guidelines for 1099 employees.

Cons

I agree with the other negative reviews of Bath Fitter. Especially ones regarding the amount of leads for estimators and the amount of jobs given to installers. Too many employees. Benefits keep being cut.
