Working with passionate people who take care of their people and get things done! Gym Cafeteria at head office (subsidized and low cost meals) Doctor in the work place Great bosses Opportunity for growth! Lots of training given by quaified trainers

Cons

Fast paste. If you are not willing to work.. not the place for you Surrounded by people who want to succeed... great influence and positive energy... no choice to get on board!

Strong training programs, many well intended initiatives, good plant employees and high expectations of performance. Good franchise opportunity?

Cons

Corporate directives abound with poor planning and wasteful management. Most head office areas are in chaos in particular marketing, IT and HR. New managers come in with no experience and hurt the organization with lack of knowledge and poor decisions.

Strong company and good experience. Most coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Owners are cheap and pay is low for what is expected. Hours are not ideal and company takes long to change this that do not work.
