Pros

Immediate hiring, hard working installers, great product, there are some leads, well known brand with decent promotion at places such as fairs and festivals

Cons

Personal vehicle use for all sales appointments (You will run your vehicle into the ground with the amount of travel Bath Fitter requires), no fuel reimbursement, no working schedule provided (all they tel you is you will be working a 6 day work week with Sunday off), early 7:30 AM start time. When I was hired I was told that I would be doing sales appointments near my home less than 30 miles away. They lied and I was sent within a 60 mile radius of my home. Poor quality leads unless you are the sales manager.

Employees are properly trained and supported with the same training and materials. Updated videos and training provided for installers. Company is very honest and thorough with the installation of the product. Easy to sale to consumers, who really need a bath/shower remodel. Finished job looks and feels exactly as proposed and demoed will look.

Cons

Disorganized system and very little support from the corporate HQ team provided for employees, besides Branch Managers. Very high turn over rate with over worked employees.
