Pros

Free time off and on during the day. Nationally recognized company so it's not too difficult selling the company.

Cons

Working 6 days a week is really tough and there's 5 nights a week you're working. Then there's times where you will only get one appointment a day and others you might get none so you'll just sit around waiting. If you don't mind not having a life in the evening and being micro managed, then this job is for you.

Pros

I had some really great coworkers during my time there and it really made a difference in the office atmosphere.

Cons

Management was cocky and rude, salespeople often made measurement mistakes and the installation people were told to just "make it work". If you worked in the office, you were basically treated and paid terribly.
