Pros

The people we worked with were like family - at the office. You could wear jeans/casual dress code. The product was interesting to learn.

Cons

The management was in NY and they were quick to throw you under the bus to save their own skin. They would call you screaming their heads off. They were horribly understaffed and underpaid you. When a customers would threaten you, the owner would ask “but don’t you think you sorta deserved it?” No. No person at a company should get screamed at by customers or threatened on a daily basis due to the management never wanting to fix the issues making customers upset. They would not think of their employees and threaten them if they complained. The owner of the franchise would buy elaborate cars, show them off at the office, then throw a literal fit and scream at you if there wasn’t enough scheduled or installed to cover all franchised offices in multiple locations because the other locations couldn’t pull their own weight.
