      Pros

      Overall it’s a nice little company to work for. They offer health insurance, 401 K, they offer discount programs and they give their employees generous little perks. It’s a nice change to see advancement can be made without needing to relocate to the Corp office.

      Cons

      Job responsibilities are the same throughout the company but the volume isn’t. Some branches are much more busy than others.
