Pros

I was good at it! It allowed me a script to follow but the ability to build rapport and be creative based on each personality I encountered which I loved and was wonderful at! I loved taking inbound calls as well and helping customers with problems as well. I liked helping them! Problem solving is also a strong suit for me!

Cons

I sometimes felt like I was forcing a product on people that they really didn't need or want.
