Great product, solid training, supportive sales manager

Pros

They offer a great product/service. Training is ongoing and thorough. The sales manager at the time was very supportive and wanted you to succeed. Very helpful with his coaching. Considerably more patient than many other sales managers in similar type of companies.

Cons

Although it's a great product it's very very expensive - too expensive for most people that the leads were generated from. One-call closes are expected and if you can't, they'll send someone a few days later to try and salvage the deal by offering additional discounts not available to the first rep. Install backlogs were very long and frustrating to both customers and sales reps. Paperwork must be 100% accurate and complete or it'll require a return visit on your own dime. No gas/mileage reimbursements; Lots of driving and evening/weekend appts. But that's to be expected with in-home sales companies.
