The only good thing about working for this company is learning how not to run a business. Oh and the actual workers not management is a plus too.

Lies from interview to the last day Management takes forever to get back to you, if they chose to even respond Low pay Low commission No room for growth No training programs Work every weekend no matter what Numbers game No vacation time or benefit No full time hours

Flexible hours but work mostly weekends. OK if you already have a job and want extra money.

Cons

Low pay , no hours, difficult to get cards on regular bases. No cards, cut hours bring in more people, and cut hours even more! Dead end job!

No training No support Ridiculous driving expectations Literally are expected to and do work everyday Low pay compared to industry standards Smaller offices are more or less left to try and survive on their own while being compared to the much larger territories that have major support systems Expectations are impossible to meet
