Pay structure is hourly plus percentage of job sounds good until you realize all you really make is the job percentage which is roughly $800 on average . Its also not based off total sale is the amount after they pay sales, permits ect usually 2k to 3k less than total sale. They will nickle and dime you on services meaning cracked silicone and a complete redo will drop you at least 1% in pay and will take months to get back.. you can also he hit for 15 months after the install for any little thing. No work home balance. They will give higher paying jobs to newer installers tenure and hard work and skill mean nothing they feel they can teach anyone to do this. I was constantly on the road helping and top 10 in installs and they still played me
