New labor model causing a change in how many managers in each store which forced me to transfer to another location. This was unfair treatment especially because the other manager in my position was not forced only me. Sadly my location has a store manager that plays favorites and is unfair and because I am someone who has opinions and holds accountability I am not liked by her so she wanted to get rid of me. I learned from a past experience that expressing how you feel about your superior doesn’t get you very far and gets you judged. I am deeply disappointed that this is how a company treats someone who has valued their job and always went above and beyond. This job is stressful and if you don’t have a good manager you can feel discouraged, alone, and defeated.

Company constantly moves quickly to change plans in order to do “money grab” which can cause you to be unprepared for titbi/floorsets/scheduling for associates/events. Not enough communication throughout the year to plan work life balance.
