      *Great Bonding with employees *If you like Customer Service and selling, you will do all this *Free Products every now and than *First look at new products and clearance items

      Cons

      *At my mall, we have a bunch of shoppers from Mexico, I am hispanic and don't mean this in a racial way. But they are some of the meanest people I have ever met. Nationals come to Texas to shop because they have more money than others, and expect you to serve on them hand and foot * parking is terrible at the mall *supposed to work an 8 hr shift.. would stay about 12-14 hrs *holidays are worse!

      Pros

      Great discount as well as fun atmosphere. Products are of a higher quality and easy to demonstrate how to use, making it fun to show to the customer. Love how amazing the store always smells.

      Cons

      Mostly negative feedback from DMs and RMs. Not a great work/life balance. Products carried are not consistent from store to store which is a frustration to our customers as well as associates. Even the consistency of how the stores look is based on volume when it used to be all stores were provided the same visual elements. The company has changed so much in the past couple of years and is not as wonderful to work for as it once was.
