Pros
Great staff, really beautiful arrangements visually in-store. They have some great products that you get to pre-view and receive free as"gratis" The hours go by fast, and 90% of the customers are fantastic and realllllly love the products. You will not need a gym membership no matter what else you get a workout for 8 hours a day five days a week
Cons
There isn't consistency in what exactly you are accountable for, the expectations of what you're to bring to the table change very quickly and they management are forever micro managing the day to day running of every store. Twice daily contact with DM's if not more just talking planned goals with made up numbers that are suppose to reflect how many people, for example might walk into your store- Floor changes and update will kill your free time on Sundays and random weeknights which impacts your work/life balance.
