      Pros

      25% off of product, beautiful atmosphere

      Cons

      have to hard sell like crazy (to the point that customers are so annoyed by the time they get to the back of the store they leave), having to work in designated "zones", having a customer counter and needing to ensure that 40% of all customers buy something (Or else!!), if youre part time you automatically get 20 hours only (or less which is usually the case), never getting longer than a 4 hour shift(many of these shifts are "on call" meaning you have to wait 2 hrs before your shift and then call in to see if they need you.

      Pros

      Great products, really good management team, very flexible scheduling, excellent employee discounts for B&B plus the other stores they are affiliated with.

      Cons

      Really not may cons about working there, except that I wish I could get more hours on the schedule per week.

      Pros

      Most of the girls my age were really nice and friendly and willing to answer any questions and help in any way.

      Cons

      Training was a joke-- I felt really unprepared getting thrown out on the floor. I was hired as a permanent employee, then after the holidays they stopped giving me hours saying it was because they were cutting hours but I would get more soon-- they essentially laid me off without ever telling me.
