      Pros

      Floorsets were always fun and getting to see new Product first was always cool too. Getting to interact with customers and feel their excitement about products was cool too.

      Cons

      All anybody cares about in the company is their own money. Had district manager make constant comments about how if we don’t do this or that, she’s not getting her bonus (mind you, although I was a manager, I was making slightly above minimum wage and did not receive bonuses and was hearing about the thousands upon thousands of dollars my boss was gonna receive. Kinda unprofessional to me). The politics of the company are kind of annoying too.

      I guess the discounts are good

      Cons

      I get about 10 hours per month unless I get to cover someone's shift. The managers are condescending and sarcastic.
