      Fun, easy work, Easy to relate to customers, Great sales

      Cons

      I loved working for this company when I worked in Montana for them, but the second I transferred home to a store in Las Vegas, it was a bit of a nightmare. The management team did nothing but sit in the back room and gossip, and never spent a moment to help develop the associates. As a keyholder working 40 hours, I did not receive health benerfits because my position wasnt considered a full time role.

      Free Product (w/ conditions), above normal pay for the sales associates, closed on easter and xmas.

      Cons

      Where do I begin... they tell you all kinds of fluff like no max on bonuses, great hours, free stuff. Then they find a loop hole to not pay the bonus, the operating hours are fine but the things they make you do when the store is not open like work till 3 or 4 in the morning were not told up front. free stuff but it cant leave the store it must stay and be used to demonstrate on customers it's notactually yours even though they say it is.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment to work. There's always something to do so you are never bored and you get to interact with lots of different people on a regular basis. 30% discount and occasional free items for employees.

      Cons

      Hours can vary a lot depending on the time of year. I've had mostly good experiences with my direct supervisors but have not been impressed with upper management. Very money driven and don't seem to care too much about lower level employees. Unrealistic expectations as far as how many hours they give the store to get things done. When you accomplish 95% of your tasks well they seem to fixate on the 5% you weren't able to accomplish even if there is good reason for it.
