      Pros

      Great benefits, very giving with dinners and holiday parties and yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Work/home balance only for corporate office... if in logistics work all the time. Management is petty and micromanages everything. Gossip seems to run the office and management does not control it. There is no official HR, so no one to go to with issues. Management is tight nit, so any issues with your direct management is a waste of time trying to get it resolved because they will always take their side even when they are wrong. No growth opportunity.

      Always looking out for everyone and family oriented. Great perks year-round, not only monetary

      Cons

      Career advancement is sparse but it's something they're actively working on. They, at times, think hiring from the outside is always best.
