Not really any. Regret accepting role with Battelle.
Cons
Administration cares very little about employee input and satisfaction especially if you are contract. The treatment towards contract workers is borderline cruel. There is very little room for contract workers to develop any real skills. The few development opportunities go to those who really don't want to do the work in an effort to retain people. Hard work is not recognized.
