Worklife balance was a positive. You shouldn't ever have to take work home with you.

Battelle follows their own policies if it suits them. The mid-level management team is generally ineffective and untrustworthy. Employee benefits are continually reduced year after year in cost saving measures. Employees on client sites are generally viewed as not a true part of Battelle, so on site staff may have a positive perception. They are constantly realigning their business focus from services to products and back again.
