Started on June 1, 2020 in Columbus, Ohio with training. Began actual site work on June 5th back home here in San Antonio, Texas. I love this employment. Have always been treated with respect, from not only my local coworkers and site leads. But from the corporate educators that come in to assist us with following protocol.
I am 52, I like to work, actually I love to work. Never have I said NO to any task that was given to me. Everyone is understanding and helpful. Can I speak for other sites throughout America? No. But, based upon what others that have came here from other sites have stated. I think it's pretty much the same way elsewhere. Just do the job that you were asked to do.
The pay is incredible, still excited every day that I come to work. Perhaps there are others out there that just want to much to go their way, well, that is not going to happen. This is not a 'gig', or a some fly by night job. We are responsible for the life of a lot of people that put their lives on the line for us. Healthcare and front line workers. I respect them, and I am very sure so do all of my coworkers. We are not perfect, but we make a great team. We help one another grow and learn. I am grateful for the time I have spent here and with hopes that upon the end of our contract. I will have the opportunity to continue with whatever company will take this over. Learning something new works for me. Maybe not for others. To each their own. We are all different.
