      Pros

      I loved the people I worked with. They were fun, smart, and trust me with responsibility. My managers always were willing to help when I asked.

      Cons

      The group I was in did seem to be very organized or cohesive. There seemed to be a lot of problems with the product we were using and the employees did not seem happy with the implementation all the time. I saw a lot of people leaving and getting fired/hired all the time.

      Cons

      If position requires a security clearance, it will probably take 18-24 months. Therefore you may not be actually doing the job you were hired to so for a while.
