      Great Staff and Resources for Self-Motivators

      Pros

      There's a lot to love about Battelle...some really excellent staff, lots of resources and a ton of different labs and projects ongoing. Plenty of opportunity for cross-training and exploring new things.

      Cons

      You'll need to be a self-starter, and you'll need to be able to schedule your own time, assess needs and deficiencies in your lab, and be able to work with minimal instruction, oftentimes teaching yourself new skills when necessary.

      Employed, pay check, experience, interesting work

      Cons

      The saddest bunch of depressed, mentally unstable people. Everyone here needs therapy. High stress environment that pits coworkers against each other since promotions are few and far between. Management will be lucky if they don't bleed every single experienced person here in the near future
