If you just want to work for money, it is a great place but otherwise it will sick your career as a scientist, stagnate your growth in just about every aspect you can think of (personal, work ethic, financial, psychological, critical thinking, etc), burn you out with 12hr shift, and have to deal with some interesting personalities. Most of the time you might find yourself just wandering how you got here. But hey, you will get good at bureaucracy and completing paperwork. How I wished I escape like the others before I got sucked in.

Managers are incompetent. Coworkers want to complain about the work, rather than just doing the work and the managers don't do anything about the lack of productivity
