      Get to work side by side with the smartest people solving the hardest problems. Battelle is a non-profit, so If you like hard problems and a company that's not motivated by answering to share holders, this is the place to work. Significant investment is offered to employees to develop their ideas, and there is a generous IP/Royalty sharing program

      Pros

      Really, really intelligent people working on innovative projects and research. Employees are motivated and they are making great strides to improve company culture even through COVID. Overall, everyone seems very confident in and excited for the future of the company.

      Cons

      Processes within (some) specific teams change frequently, so there is a lot of un- and re-learning, and it can be confusing to outsiders working with these teams to keep up with all of the changes.
