      Good training, device repair is fun

      Cons

      Constant constomer complaints about some items that were low quality IE: cell phone batteries, button cell batteries, cheap phone/battery chargers. Management expects strong sales but the pay doesn't make it worth it

      Pros

      The job isn't hard, and you learn a lot about things that most people aren't too knowledgeable about. No two work days are the same.

      Cons

      Not near enough pay for the amount of work. The company is money-hungry, and doesn't recognize associates for good work if it's for anything besides making them more money. They add on more duties without more pay.
