Beware of any co-workers, people with fake names, or your manager asking you to follow them or other co-workers on any social media accounts once you start working for this company - your account *will* be constantly combed through by a hired third party for any data that can be used against you!
Office politics invade every single action you have to make, different stores get very different treatment, numbers that don't make sense and serve literally no useful purpose are obsessed over on a daily basis by your managers while you constantly try to put out fires (sometimes literally!) caused by their lack of any logical planning.
Poorly thought-out bonus programs are gamed regularly by employees. Most effort by the lower-level employees is spent fudging sales and productivity numbers and making other employees' work look bad than actually putting in the effort to learn how to do good work for the customers. Management actively encourages backstabbing among lower-level employees to keep labor churn high and wages low. Numerous instances of harassment and ageism seen throughout the ranks. Have personally seen other reviews that reference this behavior wiped from other job sites.
Hard work was rewarded with minuscule raises despite the above-average starting pay. Benefits were average, and you have to jump through hoops every year for health insurance (if available for your position) to be affordable.
You will spend much more time and effort dealing with substandard Chinese-sourced products (batteries, accessories, parts for phone and tablet repairs) than you will spend actually doing things that satisfy the customer. Not sure why anyone would pay premium for such bottom of the barrel products, but to each their own!
