The location I worked at was never busy, you do very little all day. Very easy to learn to work there.

Underpaid, overworked, it is a franchise, there is no management or corporate support for employees, terrible rude customers constantly, staffing issues, stocking issues, supply issues, no training

The turnover is so high you'll be the highest experience employee before training ends.

Cons

It took more than two months of asking to get an eye wash station installed at a shop where battery acid is handled. The pay is unacceptable as more than one employee had to ask for a raise in order to meet the cities minimum wage. The software needed to do sales and clock in breaks weekly at least. This job takes a solid year of training to learn but employees are treated as disposable, there is not a single person working here that isnt looking for another place to work.
