      Decent benefits & starting pay ($12 w/ experience $10 w/o, WILL LOWBALL) flexible hours .. 5 days vacation after 1st year

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Does not compensate for gas and employees travel between 2 or more stores. Worst Morale I've ever seen, Bad Hygiene, Very tough minority hire

      It is an easy job to put behind you when the work day is over. With the right attitude, work ethic and patience, I believe there are good opportunities within this company. Every day is a different experience Every franchise is a different and our is filled with optimism

      No benefits which is a big deal! One vacation of more than three days in a three year period

      The only true advancement opportunities require you to be located at the home office in Milwaukee WI area.
