Decent benefits, ok working hours, great training program and resources to use.

Cons

Working outside in harsh elements, proper tools not always available, lack of support from the middle management in Hartford/Pewaukee. Unfair treatment with little feedback on how to improve. If you are not a "Yes Sir" person you will not have a job.

Pros

Lots of product knowledge, decent starting hourly wage, semi-flexible time-off policies with good managers.

Cons

Upper Management can be stiff and inflexible to change, VERY limited future job growth or opportunities, bad customer policy resulting in lots of angry customers. Many of the people you will see walking into a batteries plus will not understand the difference between AAA and AA batteries. It makes for very long and frustrating conversations.
