The are not very many hours available for part time workers.

Pros

The owners of the franchise in Carmel Indiana are good people and really seem to care about their employees.

Cons

There is little room for advancement in this company. You can get promoted to Store Manager but that is as far as you can go. Since they are franchised they are essentially Mom and Pop shops. Positions like General Manager and Area Sales Manager go to their relatives. Very little power and responsibility is given to the Store Manager. You have no control over scheduling, payroll, inventory, etc. You are essentially just another sales associate except you make a little more.
