      Pros

      Batteries Plus is a pretty fun place to work. Every person that comes in has a problem and you can usually fix it or help them figure out where to go to fix it. Things stay pretty fresh because you work with anything from installing batteries in a car to installing batteries in a watch or mp3 player.

      Cons

      They threaten to fire you if you don't meet their unrealistic sales goals. Normal low wage making employees are expected to upsell everything, generate ridiculous amounts of sales leads. What they are offered in return is that you can keep your job. The managers are unavailable all the time too.

      Pros

      - Good work environment - Friendly Place to work in. - Opportunities to grow within the company. - Business is growing rapidly so no time to get bored. - Management care about their employee's well being. - Better than average benefits.

      Cons

      Due to constant growth, the building capacity is at a near maximum. It's sometimes hard to find a place to park there.
