      Pros

      The job is great experience. You learn a lot. Every detail of every chemistry of battery. You learn how to repair cell phones and tablets. The ownership group I work for is amazing and treat me like family. Good pay for retail and much more enjoyable than most jobs.

      Cons

      New computer systems are extremely unreliable. The POS system goes down extremely often and makes it extremely stressful. Corporate focuses too much on micro managing things that don’t matter instead of fixing major system issues. Retail is slowing down and stores are slowing down business-wise.

      Simple job, not enough room to grow

      Pros

      It's a pretty simple job, you end up learning everything very quickly. The Benefits Package they gave me was excellent as far as health insurance. You're in the air conditioning, they give you your daily lunch break when you need it, they don't rush you. Always seemed to be well staffed even if someone called out.

      Cons

      Incompetent managers, and Owners. Lots of favoritism in the company. Lots of back stabbing. There seemed to be a lot of money going through the store with lots of profit but nothing to show for the Sales Associates as far as advancement within the company.

      Pros

      competent franchise, good business structure, good communication from corp.

      Cons

      no where to go unless you buy the franchise. If your like most people who are managing a retail store, you don't have the $150k to buy into the business.
