Pros

Working here I feel like I can really make a difference in the business, which is probably the most important thing to me and why I love working at a start-up. Besides that, I work with some of the best + brightest people I've ever met and am always learning something new.. The culture here is fantastic, too... BaubleBar is a great place to work because everyone works hard but also has fun. I've never enjoyed coming to a job as much as I do now.

Cons

Well... I have probably gained 5 lbs from all of the office treats and Bauble Birthdays. Otherewise, none that I can think of.
