Pros

10% time for Engineering, Great communication, dress down / comfortable atmosphere, can work from home, excellent equipment (computers, monitors, etc), great work life balance, no limits on sick days, plenty of ownership opportunities and upward mobility, coworkers hangout outside of work, and there's a starbucks like right downstairs.

Cons

While the good definitely outweighs the bad, the Engineering department could use some growth, and the Company could stand to become a bit more tech focused in general.

My time at BaubleBar has been nothing but positive. I'm so impressed by the talent that makes up this organization - it's evident that everyone is passionate about what they are doing and motivated to grow this business into an even larger, more successful company. Between the friendly, flat company culture to happy hours, constant birthday celebrations, free baubles, excellent location, tremendous room for growth, and countless opportunities to expand within the industry, BaubleBar is one of the best startups to work for here in the city.

Cons

Yes, there are some growing pains that come with being at a startup, and yes, things are not always as organized as they may be within a more corporate environment, but shouldn't this be expected when signing up to work for a startup?
