One year in, and I'm already looking forward to more work anniversaries. I know, it sounds cheesy, but I really hadn't found my niche in previous jobs until joining BaubleBar. My opinion matters, even to the cofounders, and I always feel comfortable sharing ideas and feeling that I really have a say in what's going on. In previous jobs there were so many different steps and people to go through to get an idea approved, and here, if I want to do something it's 100% possible. Everyone is so friendly and sweet... there's always someone to grab coffee or lunch with, and for the first time I'm actually hanging out with my coworkers outside of work. Last, but not least, you're surrounded by so many baubles. It's so fun.

Cons

emails & work outside of "normal" office hours... but that's startup life!
