Weird vibes. Some underlying toxic stuff leads to some weird vibes. Being required back in the office sometimes sucks. Hard to get a promotion unless you are a favorite.

Pros

A lot of room for growth and promoting from within. I love that the company is very female empowered and founded by women. Leadership is very transparent with company goals and keeping employees updated with business in terms of sales, new partnerships, products, opportunities. My manager values my opinions and understands the work/life balance. Love the happy hours, jewelry allowance and my team. Overall, a really fun and unique place to work.
