      Good location, reasonable workloads and helpful colleagues.

      Too many changes without proper change management, causing front line staff having to deal with broken workflows.

      A place where you can grow

      Pros

      Baxter has a good work life balance. The culture here encourages you to try things out without fear of failure. I have seen many of my colleagues take up roles which they did not have prior experience and excel. India center is going to a key contributor to Baxter International.

      Cons

      Off late there is a lot of change in the business priorities which I believe in the right direction. But too much change might unsettle some of the employees.
