Pros

Good medical and dental benefits

Cons

You feel like a slave with a ball and chain at your desk. The Quality assurance managers are bullies! Its a place where lazy people get promoted, and hard working people get worked to death. You are expected to work more than 12 hours a day with no overtime. It's a place where they let managers harrass you on a daily basis. It's a place where you are set up to fail every single day. You'll never get promoted unless you suck up. You will never get a raise unless you suck up. You'll never get an ounce of respect. You'll get worked like a slave till they find a way to fire you... Horrible company to work for. HR is completely useless and supports managers even though they yell at and assault you.
