Great place to work at, awesome culture, awesome people.

Cons

Pays less, contracts seem to go unfinished, lots of politics.

Pros

Baxter has a large network and a good business structure. I was able to take on a lot of diverse projects and gain great experience. Stock purchasing plan is a nice incentive. People are laid back and management does not micromanage.

Cons

Culture is dependent on location. Where I was everybody tries is tries to protect themselves and there is a lot of finger pointing. Seems like those who are sycophantic will succeed the most. Management talks about developing people but never provides anything concrete. Pay could easily be a bit higher.

Convenient location to home and town Company had a recent spin off and slightly better employee benefit to come

Cons

No decision is the decision no guidance is the guide this place is killing my self confidence no mentorship, no development. pls work
