      Always there is work to do, never ending work load!

      Cons

      Poor Professional growth (no professionals trainings), to scale up a position is very hard. Pay and benefits are below to others medical devices companies.

      Forward thinking, company striving to be a premier company in Biotech world, non-salary compensation package is great. Room for personal growth is at Baxter is good, including the higher education reimbursement program

      Cons

      Salary compensation and the amount of PTO per year could be more competitive. The amount of unrequired employee training sessions (in leadership, communication skills, etc) could be better communicated to all employees
